Abisko provides a family friendly, modern boutique campground in the heart of Methven, Mt Hutt Village.

The newly established and well appointed campground has modern facilities and is close to all of the town’s amenities with shuttle pick-ups at the door and only a short walk to the town centre.

Regardless of whether you are camping in a tent or travelling in a motor home, the campground makes an excellent base to explore the local Mount Hutt area with great summer and winter activities.

Abisko Lodge, Apartments & Campground is so centrally located that there is no need to hire a car or taxi to get around town. Guests can easily walk to the main village restaurants, bars, night spots and shops. While mountain transfers and airport shuttles can be arranged with pick-ups and drop-off to the door.
