PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Person making booking must be over 18 years of age.

A one night deposit will be charged to your card on booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made greater than 30 days or more from date of arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $50.00 administration fee.

The full cost of the booking is charged if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to expected arrival or in the event that guests do not arrive.

We will do our best to re-sell the room(s) in question, and will refund all costs if successful less a $50.00 administration fee.

As we are a small property any cancellations affect us greatly, so we strictly impose our cancellation policy; We therefore strongly advise you to take out travel insurance in case you have to cancel for reasons out of your control.

NO-SHOW

In the event of a no-show, we will keep your booking active until advised of a cancellation, however, we do charge the full amount for this room let.

EARLY DEPARTURE

We understand that from time-to-time, guests may change their minds and wish to depart earlier than scheduled.

We are unable to offer refunds for early departures.

CHILD POLICY

Children are welcome. A high chair and cot are available for a small extra fee.

PETS

We are sorry; we do not allow pets in any of our rooms.

SMOKING POLICY

All rooms are smoke-free and therefore all smoking must take place outside and away from open windows and other guests.

Smoking inside may result in appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Our cleaning fee for rooms that have been smoked in is $260.00.

UNREASONABLE SOILING POLICY

In the event that additional cleaning of the room or fixtures are required (including, bedding, bed and mattress), reasonable cleaning costs will be levied to the occupier on departure.

GENERAL

Visitors are permitted by prior arrangement with management and at our discretion. No visitors should stay after 10pm. Any damage to rooms and areas of property may be charged plus any resultant loss of income if applicable. Any unacceptable behaviour or continuous noise levels may result in a guest being asked to leave the premises without refund.

UN-REGISTERED GUESTS IN A ROOM

An additional charge of $26.00 per night, per person will automatically be charged to the credit card of the registered guest named on the registration card if we are advised ($50.00 per person per night if we are not).
